Position assists with the administration of the HR department by carrying out responsibilities in primarily the following areas:
- Staffing and recruitment
- Training and development
- Employee relations
- Workers compensations
- Wellness programs
- Organization development
- Special projects
- Employee events
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma and 1-3 years related experience.
- Computer and administrative experience and skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with different employee levels
