Quality Inspector & ISO Coordinator
Position involves the following:
- Performing daily inspections related to production, repair, and upgrade of Remotely Piloted Aircraft, systems, and components.
- Receiving inspections.
- Issues certificates of conformance for delivered parts, equipment, and materials.
- Overseeing production equipment maintenance and inspection.
- Maintaining various tracking spreadsheets, i.e.: approved vendors, calibrated tools, equipment inspection, nonconformance reports, etc.
- Assist with internal and external Quality Management System audits as required.
- Occasional travel to relieve Operations QA for breaks (must have or obtain US passport).
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least 5 years QMS experience.
- At least 10 years inspection experience in the fields of aviation maintenance or production.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate.
