Company Receptionist
This position manages the reception area and company switchboard. Essential job functions include but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing calls
- Meeting, greeting, and providing assistance to visitors
- Coordinating with vending companies and ordering office supplies
- Maintaining contact lists
- Answering routine public inquiries
- Keeping a security radio and coordinating with security/facilities as needed
- Handling mail sorting and distribution
- Greeting interviewees and having them complete applications
- Assisting other departments as appropriate
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, public, and phone skills required
- 1-3 years related experience preferred
- PowerPoint proficiency preferred
