PLUG-IN OPTRONIC PAYLOAD (POP)
Stark's families of gyroscope stabilized electro-optic (EO) payloads were specially developed to meet the requirements of a wide range of applications. While all the EO payloads provide stable, high resolution day and night observation capabilities based upon Forward Looking Infra Red (FLIR) cameras, some also integrate high accuracy targeting, pointing and tracking capabilities.
The POP has the small EO payload. Designed to meet short distance observation requirements. The POP was selected for various aircraft, UAVs, helicopters, security systems and gun sights. The basic POP configuration contains CCD and FLIR cameras with optional video tracking and laser pointing.
